Life-long India ‘Atel Modi Care Scheme is the world’s largest health insurance program, in which 10 million households will get free health insurance services up to Rs 5 lakh annually. The specialty of this scheme is that in any government or private hospital throughout the country, treatment for free of cost per family is 5 lakh per annum. The beneficiary will receive a card which will be given at the time of treatment, after which it will be treated free of charge, without any hesitation. This will be a revolutionary step in the health sector across the country and 100 crore families will get a free treatment. In this plan almost all major diseases have been covered. Which will cover the costs before and after hospitalization.

Prime Minister Jan Swasthya Yojana (PMJAY) will start in 25 states and union territories on September 25. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to launch this ambitious project on Sunday. Over 15 thousand government and private hospitals across the country have become part of this scheme. “The Prime Minister will inaugurate the scheme on September 23, but will effectively apply it on September 25, the birthday of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.” The central government may have to spend about Rs 3,500 crore on this plan till April 2019. With the inauguration of the Prime Minister, 27 states and Union Territories are expected to launch the Prime Minister Jan Swasthya Yojna. ‘
